Once the deep clean is done, Jean's sets up a maintenance program on the schedule you prefer. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly are the usual choices, and full-year recurring service is available. Every visit has Fred or Angie, or one of their associates, on site with the helpers.
They try to send the same people each time, though it is not always possible. You will get a reminder by email or phone 24 to 48 hours before each visit. Nobody has to be home if you leave a key, a garage code or an alarm code, which only the owners handle.
How the schedule works
Pick the frequency that fits your household. If you need to move a visit, give at least 48 hours' notice. With short notice or none, there may be a fee if the team cannot be rescheduled.
The rate can go up or down if the home changes, for example more furniture, more rooms, more people or pets, or renovations. Jean's will tell you first, and nothing changes until everyone agrees.

Payment is due by the day of service. Most residential clients leave a check on the kitchen counter. Cash, checks and money orders are accepted. Credit cards are not.
