Deep Cleaning
The first visit for most new clients: up to four people in your home for 4 to 5 hours on a Saturday morning, and yours is the only house they clean that day.

Jean's Cleaning Services is a small, owner-run company cleaning homes and small offices in Boise, Garden City, Meridian and Eagle. Every price comes from a free look at your place, homes usually begin with a deep clean, and one of the owners is there for every cleaning.

Jean's doesn't price by the room or the hour. They come and look, clean the house deeply once, and then keep it that way on a schedule that suits you.
Jean's won't quote by the number of rooms, the square footage or the hour. Two houses of the same size can need very different time and effort, so you get a price after a free visual inspection and a talk about what you want. There's no obligation.
Jean's typically starts with a deep clean. It takes up to four people about 4 to 5 hours, so it's booked for a Saturday morning, and yours is the only house cleaned that day.
After that comes maintenance cleaning weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or whenever suits you, with one of the owners at every visit.
Four ways to book Jean's, from the first deep clean to a weekly visit or an office on a set plan.

The first visit for most new clients: up to four people in your home for 4 to 5 hours on a Saturday morning, and yours is the only house they clean that day.

After the first deep clean, a maintenance schedule that keeps the house that way: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or whatever suits you.

A full clean on either end of a move, priced through the same free in-home estimate as every other job.

Ongoing cleaning for small businesses up to about 4,000 square feet, planned from your floor plan.
That's how Fred and Angie put it. These are their own photos, taken before they started and after they finished. Drag the handle, or use the arrow keys, to compare.

Fred and Angie FerberAngie started out with a nationwide cleaning company and was made a Team Leader six months later. She took first place in a five-state regional cleaning contest and second place nationally with a 97% score, across 67 branches in 6 regions. After two and a half years there, she went out on her own.
Jean's Cleaning Services is a small, home-based business in Boise, owned and run by Fred and Angie Ferber. It has been an Idaho certified business name since 2006.
One of the owners is at every cleaning. The company is bonded up to $25,000 and carries liability insurance up to $1,000,000 with Farmers Insurance, and its staff are covered for work accidents.
Fred or Angie is there on every job. Nobody looks after a company's name like the people who own it. As the Spanish saying goes, "the owner's eye fattens the horse."
The team arrives with a time estimate, but they stop when the work is finished as agreed, even if that takes longer. Big agencies usually can't work that way.
Large companies have to cover branding, marketing, office staff and the rest of a big organization, and that cost ends up in the price you pay. A small owner-run business doesn't carry it.
Jean's cleans the details other crews skip. Take the hidden corners of a window frame: most cleaners leave them because they're awkward to reach. Jean's wraps a small towel around a spatula, angles it into the corner and gets the dirt out.
Many of these customers have said they're happy to confirm their reviews, so ask Jean's if you'd like to speak with one.

Most of the team like animals, but pets need to be kept in a safe area away from the staff, and aggressive or constantly noisy ones must be shut away.
Switch the security system off before the team arrives so no time is lost.
You can change a date or time with at least 48 hours' notice. Shorter notice may mean a fee if the team can't be rebooked.
Payment is due by the day of service, and most clients leave a check on the kitchen counter. Credit cards aren't accepted.
Arrival times are estimates, give or take 30 minutes. If the team will be later than that, you'll get a call.
